Website submissions are stored in the configured MySQL database. Administrative access is protected through authenticated sessions, password hashing, CSRF controls, prepared database statements, input validation and activity logging. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be maintained by the website owner and hosting administrator.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized Bizrove personnel, implementation partners or service providers only where needed to respond to the request, operate the website, deliver agreed services or meet a legal obligation. Access should be limited to the relevant business purpose.
5. Cookies, sessions and technical logs
The website uses essential session cookies for functions such as CSRF protection, administrator authentication, flash messages and form-rate controls. Server and application logs may contain technical information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and error details. This first local-XAMPP version does not include third-party advertising trackers.

You may ask Bizrove to correct or delete information submitted through the website, subject to legitimate business, security, contractual and legal retention requirements. To help locate a record, provide the enquiry number or demo-request number shown after submission.
7. External services
The floating WhatsApp button opens a WhatsApp service outside this website. Any information you send there is also governed by the policies and terms of the relevant service provider. Social-media links, when activated by the administrator, similarly lead to external services.

This policy may be updated when website features, business processes or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
